Joseph E. Miles, Jr, DC, UCA, DCCJP
Dr. Miles decided to pursue a career as a doctor of chiropractic at the age of 15. After suffering with debilitating shoulder problems and digestive issues for years, Dr. Miles’s family found a doctor that was able to help when other forms of care had not. This experience led him to want to help others who are suffering and having trouble finding a solution to their health problems.
Dr. Miles graduated from Logan University in St. Louis, Missouri. He and his wife, Amanda, have 5 children (3 girls and 2 boys). Dr. Miles completed the post-doctoral program, the Upper Cervical Academy, through Sherman College in 2011 and has served on the board for International Chiropractic Association Council on Upper Cervical Care. In 2016, Dr. Miles graduated in the inaugural class of the Diplomate in Chiropractic Craniocervical Junction Procedures (DCCJP). He is one of 41 doctors in the world to have completed this program and is currently the only one in the state of North Carolina. Along with his wife Amanda, Dr. Miles enjoys family time, fun outdoors, cooking, and learning about healthy living habits. |
